Since 2007 the Community Foundation has partnered with The Greater Springfield Chamber of Commerce and the United Way of Central Illinois to focus on improving Springfield's economic future through the Continuum of Learning project.
The project focuses on education across the lifespan, from cradle to career, and is crucial to keeping Sangamon County a growing, thriving community. This effort aspires to provide long-term benefits for the community in the effort to improve the educational attainment of its citizens. The goal of this community partnership is to be sure that every resident of Sangamon County is "Ready to Learn. Ready to Work. Ready to Succeed."
